Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 216(STA) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: HOUSE BILL NO. 216 "An Act adding the Inupiaq, Siberian Yupik, Central Alaskan Yup'ik, Alutiiq, Unangax, Dena'ina, Deg Xinag, Holikachuk, Koyukon, Upper Kuskokwim, Gwich'in, Tanana, Upper Tanana, Tanacross, Hän, Ahtna, Eyak, Tlingit, Haida, and Tsimshian languages as official languages of the state." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 216(STA) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 216(STA) Third Reading Final Passage Reconsideration YEAS: 36 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 3 Yeas: Austerman, Chenault, Costello, Drummond, Edgmon, Foster, Gara, Gattis, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Hawker, Herron, Higgins, Holmes, Hughes, Isaacson, Johnson, Josephson, Kawasaki, Keller, Kito III, Kreiss-Tomkins, LeDoux, Lynn, Millett, Munoz, Nageak, Olson, Pruitt, Saddler, Seaton, Tarr, Thompson, Tuck, P.Wilson, T.Wilson Excused: Neuman Absent: Feige, Reinbold, Stoltze And so, CSHB 216(STA) passed the House on reconsideration and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
